Summer Hill (formerly the Beachcomer Inn), has been a
tourist home since the 1880's. Guests have always enjoyed the simple yet
gracious atmosphere of the lovely home which is conveniently located within
walking distance of town, beach and New Harbor. Our wrap-around porch is
perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails.
Individual rooms are sometimes available with
reasonable rates of $75-$150 per night depending on the day and
season
The whole house is available for rent weekly and
includes 10 bedrooms, country kitchen, 5 1/2 baths, gas grills and picnic
tables for group cookouts.
We also have a specious lawn with ocean views
beyond that is perfect for family games and can accommodate a tent for your
special event
This is a wonderful place for catered weddings
& rehearsal dinners. We will be happy to help you with your wedding
arrangements.
Rates:
Rates are $3500 - $7000 per week
Weekend rates are available off season.
